LUDIBA provides the following services and products:
- AI Solutions: Custom artificial intelligence development, integration, and consulting tailored to your business needs.
- GPU Hardware Sales: High-performance graphics processing units for AI workloads, including Tesla P40 and modified RTX 2080 Ti cards.
- VPS with GPU: Virtual private servers equipped with dedicated GPU resources, available in Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans.
3. Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account:
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Payment and Billing
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and exclude taxes unless otherwise stated:
- VPS Plans: Billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selected billing cycle.
- GPU Hardware: One-time payment at the time of order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- AI Solutions: Pricing is project-based and agreed upon before work begins.
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.
- Late payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.
5. Service Level Agreement (VPS)
We strive to maintain high availability for our VPS services:
- Uptime target: 99.9% monthly uptime for all VPS plans.
- Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
- Unplanned outages exceeding the SLA threshold may qualify for service credits as described in our support documentation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on this website are the property of LUDIBA or its licensors:
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
- AI solutions developed for you under a project agreement include licensing terms defined in your specific contract.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- LUDIBA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not responsible for third-party services integrated with or accessed through our platform.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- VPS Plans: Cancel anytime; service continues until the end of the current billing period.
- GPU Hardware: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Restocking fees may apply.
- AI Solutions: Cancellation terms are defined per project agreement.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the appropriate courts.
